Visual FiveWin(Jkide32.exe) and Unicode FiveWin(Jkide32u.exe) are now built with xHarbour 1.2.1 Rev. 6406 (26/3/09) and enhanced FWH2.4 without using fivehc.lib and fivehx.lib.

• Fix "Get/Set Time From Internet" on "Information" Submenu for Windows 7.
