Visual FiveWin Build 92

Visual FiveWin(Jkide32.exe) and Unicode FiveWin(Jkide32u.exe) are now built with xHarbour 1.2.1 Rev. 6406 (26/3/09) and enhanced FWH2.4 without using fivehc.lib and fivehx.lib.

• Includes latest bug fixes and enhancements.
• Windows 7 identification added to cWinVersion().
• Fix display of "Save" toolbar button on Windows 7.
• Further optimize printer selection by user in TPrinter():New().
• Replace FW's buggy PrinterSetup by JPrnSetUp in Visual FiveWin.
• Fix another long time undiscovered bug of PageTotal in Summary Reports.
• Fix "System Info" on "Information" Submenu for some Vista/Windows 7 OS without area codes.
• Patch libraries (Build 92) and source codes (Build 83) included in 32 bit jkide92x.zip and 16 bit jkide92.zip.
